1. Adopting counter flow cooling theory, pellets can be cooled completely and evenly.
2. Discharge materials by slide value shaking type, thus makes the operation stable and makes materials discharge easy and smooth.
3. The temperature of cooled pellet is not higher than room temperature +3-5 degree.
The counter-flow cooler is used for cooling pellet production in a very fast speed. When warm (hot) pellets get into cooling tank the powder and warm air are drawed out at the same time and avoid the sticking problems. If inlet pellets touch the high level limit sensor, the vibrator motor will operate immediately to discharge the products.
Cooling air is counter-flow to the pellets to achieve high cooling efficiency. Fine particles are easy to be blown out to avoid inside sticky. Uniform distribution can affect cooling thoroughly from first to last batch.
