When the PFJ hammer grinder sawdust machine is working, the cutter disc rotor rotates at high speed to cut the material into small wood chips. The wood chips are accelerated in the rotating airflow of the cutter head, repeatedly impacted, cut and rubbed, and at the same time are hit by the hammer on the cutter head rotor, so that the wood chips are completely crushed.

The crushed sawdust is affected by the suction force of the fan, and the crushed material enters the cyclone separator with the air flow, and is subjected to the centrifugal force of the cyclone and the centripetal force of the air flow. The crushed material falls from the bottom of the cyclone when the fan is turned off, and the rest The dust is discharged from the top of the cyclone, which can be connected to an additional dust collector for dust removal.
