1-->CWF series powder grinder machine is compact in design, reasonable in structure, and has air-selected type, no screen and no net. The machine is equipped with grading mechanism, which can make the crushing and grading complete at one time.

2-->CWF series powder grinder machine is mainly using for crushing different kind of grain, biomass and chemical materials into fine powder, output size can be 60 mesh to 2000 mesh.

3-->CWF series It is ideal equipment for crushing pesticides, chemical industry, animal feeding industry, pharmaceuticals industry and other industries.

Working Principle:
Through screw conveyor, feeding the materials into the grinding chamber, the material will been cut and crushed by high-speed rotating hammers. 

After grinding, the fine material is transported into cyclone separator by negative pressure air transportation, and the fine material will been discharge from cyclone bottom airlock. 

And some very light dusting will go into the behind pulse dust filter, then clean air come out, roughly no material lost. 

Internal structure of the machine, spare parts require industrial grade 304 stainless steel, heat treated parts, finishing parts.
