1. The machine is composed of a base, a knife roller, an upper and lower feeding mechanism, a feeding device, a hydraulic buffer system and an electrical control system.

2. The feeding belt conveyor is driven by the lower feeding roller motor.

3. The rotation direction of the upper feeding roller is the same as that of the cutter roller, and the rotation direction of the lower feeding roller is opposite to that of the cutter roller. The hobbing is staggered to allow debris to be cleaned.

GX series drum Wood chipper/wood chipper shredder is mainly used to crush big wood logs or wood timber,plywood,wood branches,furniture waste into small chips,the thickness of last chips is 3mm-5mm,length and width is about 15-30mm,it is wood chips not wood shavings.By adjusting knives gap,outlet chips dimension will be adjusted.

 

GX Wood chipper/wood chipper machine contains 4m long feeding belt conveyor, when conveying logs, the speed can be adjusted also it can connect with outlet conveyor to transport away crushed wood chips.

 

GX Wood chipper/wood chipper machine knives can be sharpened by knives sharpener,the rotary blade must be sharpened every day,it can be used for 40-45 days,the fixed blade has 4 month service life.

 

The knife roller is the working part of the wood chip machine, which is welded by steel plates. It has good rigidity and moment of inertia, and has been tested by dynamic balance. The cutting process is completed by the flying knife and the bed knife, and the distance between the fly knife and the bed knife should be kept at 0.5-1mm.
