  The disc wood chipper machine is a kind of wood -cutting machine. It is used to produce good quality wood chips.The disc wood chipper suitable for paper mills,particle board factories, fiber board factories, etc.

  The output from disc type wood chipper can be cut into uniform length, flat incision,and uniform thickness.

  Disc type wood chipper with auto feeding conveyor feeding the wood into the machine, the high speed rotary disc with blades cutting the wood into evenly wood chips and discharge on to the bottom discharge flat conveyor,sending the wood chips out,and then using the incline belt conveyor sending the wood chips to other place for storage.

Our Advantages

PX disc wood chipper is mainly used to crush raw wood logs into 1-3cm Wood chips, the thickness of last chips is 1.5mm-3mm, length and width is 10-30mm. It could also cut long bamboo or sugarcane into small chips.

The difference from drum chipper is that after crushed by disc wood chipper, the outlet chip dimension is more even.

The disc wood chipper has two feeding type: One is to feed logs from top, second is to feed from side belt conveyor- Changeable speed feeding logs.

 For outlet discharging chips type, there are two ways, one is the outlet is from the other top door, the other is the outlet is from bottom, both structure and operating are very easy.
 
 It can be driven by both diesel engine and electric motor, very easy to be operated.
